By using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Introduction

Journey to Healthcare CIC is a not-for-profit organization that offers a variety of services, including online work experience courses, mentoring, application support, and interview preparation, among others. We aim to provide valuable support to students pursuing healthcare careers. These Terms apply to all users accessing our website and utilizing our services.

2. User Accounts

  • To access certain services (such as online courses), users are required to create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate information, including your name and email address.

  • If you register for a paid service, you must not share your account credentials with anyone. Violation of this may result in the termination of your account.

  • We do not collect usage data. However, any forms submitted through your account will be stored and associated with your account for tracking purposes.

3. Payment and Donations

  • We offer both free and paid services. Detailed pricing information for our paid services can be found on the website.

  • Many of our services are free for contextual students, but they are available in a limited capacity.

  • We accept all types of payment for services. For donations, we accept online donations via our website's "Donate" button, and donations are tax-deductible.

4. Services

  • Online Work Experience Courses: Our self-paced courses require a minimum 80% attainment to pass. If we believe cheating or improper exam conditions were involved, we reserve the right to refuse certification.

  • Mentoring: Mentoring sessions are available by application and are aimed at Year 12 students. We host weekly sessions to support students.

  • Application Support Calls: These free 45-minute calls allow students to discuss any aspect of their application with a team member. Failure to attend two scheduled calls will result in ineligibility to use this service.

  • Personal Statement Checks: We aim to return personal statement checks to students within the timeframe listed on our website.

  • Mock Interviews: Our 30-minute mock interviews are offered weekly, with different questions each time. Feedback will be provided after students leave a review. If feedback is not submitted within one week of the interview, we will not provide the feedback.
