Once you get your slot, you’ll be invited via email to a google meeting. Please set your RSVP as “yes” so we know you can attend. If you do not receive an invite within 24 hours of your application, check your spam and then message us back on this email.

Sometimes payments do not go through, if this is the case you will not receive confirmation and the payment will appear as pending on your bank account. You will get refunded within 5-10 days. As we have not received your feedback, you won’t have a slot on our system. To tackle this, simply try paying again.

If no slots are available that means our weekly slots have all been booked. If this is the case, do not worry, we release new slots on a Monday morning. 

You are not eligible for a refund. This includes if you miss your interview time. The only time we will give you a refund is if you miss your interview for an emergent reason. Please note this is up to our team's discretion. 

Yes! You absolutely can. Please note we change our questions once every two weeks. So if you'd like another interview we recommend you wait at least 1 weeks between them to ensure you get asked different questions.

If you are contextual you must provide us with proof. You can do so via our bursary application which you can find here.

You’ve signed up using the email you used at checkout. This means your invite will be sent there. If you try to join on another account you will not be let in as payment was not made with that email.
